Terms of Service

FLYNTO is operated by Administradora de bienes y servicios del futuro LLC. Effective 23 September 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and Administradora de bienes y servicios del futuro LLC for the use of FLYNTO. They matter most in one respect, so it is said first and plainly: FLYNTO is a screening tool, not advice, and nothing it produces should be the reason you buy a business.

FLYNTO does not tell you whether to buy a business. It runs arithmetic on numbers you supply and sets them against published industry data. It has not seen the company, the tax returns, the lease, the customer list or the seller. No output is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and no output is a recommendation to enter, price or decline any transaction.

1Who we are, and accepting these terms

FLYNTO is a service of Administradora de bienes y servicios del futuro LLC, a limited liability company formed in Texas (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, running an analysis or buying a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use FLYNTO for a company, you confirm you may bind that company, and “you” means both.

2What the service is

FLYNTO takes figures you enter about a business for sale and produces a pre-letter-of-intent screening analysis: debt-service coverage, cash flow available for debt service, valuation against published multiples, sensitivity to price and earnings, and a plain-language verdict. The analysis on screen is free. For $39 per deal you may also buy two generated documents — an industry research report and a sensitivity analysis.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. We will not change what a report contains after you have paid for it and before it is delivered.

3What the service is not

This clause is the most important one in this document.

Not investment advice. We are not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a business broker, or a fiduciary of any kind. We do not provide personalised investment advice, and no relationship of trust or reliance is created by your use of FLYNTO. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any business, security, or interest in either.

Not professional advice. Nothing FLYNTO produces is legal, tax, accounting, valuation, lending or appraisal advice. It is not a business valuation, a fairness opinion, a quality-of-earnings report, or a substitute for due diligence.

Not a lending decision. Any reference to SBA rules, debt-service coverage or bankability is a model of typical underwriting, not a statement about what any lender will do. Only a lender decides what a lender will do.

Before you commit money to any business, engage a licensed accountant, attorney and lender, and complete your own due diligence. FLYNTO is designed to help you decide which deals are worth that expense. It is not designed to replace it, and it cannot.

4Your figures are yours, and we do not verify them

Every analysis is built from what you type in: asking price, revenue, earnings, add-backs, inventory and the rest. We do not audit, verify or independently confirm any of it, and we have no way to. Listing figures for small businesses are frequently optimistic, incomplete, or simply wrong, and a seller’s add-backs are a claim rather than a fact.

An analysis is only as good as the numbers you gave it. Where the service applies a standard adjustment or an industry benchmark in place of a figure you did not supply, it says so on screen and in the report. Those are estimates, and they are labelled as estimates.

You confirm you have the right to enter any information you submit, including anything from a broker, a confidential information memorandum, or a non-disclosure agreement. You are responsible for deciding what you are permitted to share. See our Privacy Policy for where that information goes.

5The research in paid reports

The industry report is generated for your deal at the time you buy it, drawing on published sources and on our own industry data, and assembled with the assistance of automated systems including large language models.

We take real care here: figures either carry a citation to their source or are labelled as estimates, and the report lists what it relied on. That said, published data can be out of date, regional conditions change, sources can be wrong, and automated systems can misread a source. Check anything you intend to rely on against its cited source.

The reports are provided for your own use in evaluating the deal you bought them for. You may share them with your own advisers, lender and business partners. You may not resell them, publish them, or use them to build a competing product.

6Your account

Accounts use an email address. You can sign in with your email address and password, a one-time code sent to your email, Google, or Apple. Email verification and password recovery also use emailed codes.

Keep your email account, password, sign-in codes and any Google or Apple account you use secure. Anyone with access to these sign-in methods may be able to access your FLYNTO account. Tell us at support@flynto.net if you believe someone else has used your account.

Google and Apple sign-in is optional and subject to the provider’s own terms and availability. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. Use the email address associated with your saved deals and purchases; a different address, including an Apple Hide My Email address, may create a separate account.

One account is for one person or one company. Do not share access, scrape the service, attempt to work around usage limits, or use automated means to access it beyond ordinary browsing.

7Payment

Reports are $39 per deal, charged once, with no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you.

Buying a report for one deal entitles you to that deal’s documents. It does not entitle you to regenerate them for a different deal. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8Ownership

You keep everything you put in — your deal information is yours. You also own the specific reports generated for your deals, for your own use, subject to clause 5.

We keep everything else: the service, the analysis engine, the industry data, the report designs, the methodology, and the FLYNTO name and marks. Your use of the service grants you no licence to any of it beyond using the service as intended.

We may use anonymised, aggregated information about how the service is used to improve it. That never includes your business name, your identity, or figures that could identify a specific deal.

9Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that its outputs will be error-free, or that any result will match what a lender, appraiser or buyer concludes.

We are not liable for your acquisition decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business losses, the price you paid for a business, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose — for most customers, $39, and for anyone who has only used the free analysis, nothing.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that applies to you, these exclusions apply only so far as that state permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, information you submitted that you had no right to submit, or your reliance on an output in a transaction.

11Ending the agreement

You may stop using FLYNTO and delete your account at any time by writing to support@flynto.net. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or is used unlawfully. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any report you paid for and had not yet received.

Clauses 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 12 survive the end of this agreement.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

If something goes wrong, contact us first at legal@flynto.net. Most problems are solved in an email, and we ask for 30 days to try before anything formal begins.

If we cannot resolve it, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, and not as a class action. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

You may opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing legal@flynto.net within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Opting out does not affect anything else in this agreement.

13Changes, and the rest

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on this page and update the effective date above; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it. A change never applies retroactively to a report you have already bought.

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the Privacy and Refund policies, are the entire agreement between us.
