Refund Policy

1When we refund, always

Any of these, and the money comes back in full:

• The reports failed to generate and we could not fix it.
• You were charged more than once for the same deal.
• You were charged and never received the documents.
• A report is materially defective — for example it is for the wrong deal, the figures in it do not match the deal you submitted, or a section is missing or unreadable.
• We closed your account without cause before delivering something you paid for.

You do not need to argue any of this. If you tell us one of these happened, we will check the record and refund it. Where we can see it ourselves — a failed generation leaves a record — we would rather find it before you write to us.

2Changed your mind

If you bought a report and have not yet opened either document, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it, no reason needed.

Once a report has been opened or downloaded, we have delivered the thing you bought and produced it at real cost, so clause 3 applies instead. That is the honest trade for the openness of clause 1.

3When we do not refund

We do not refund a report because its conclusion was unwelcome.

FLYNTO is bought to find out whether a deal works. Frequently the answer is that it does not — the coverage is short, the price is above what the earnings support, or the returns do not clear the bar. That is the product working, not failing.A report that told you a deal was worth walking away from may be the most valuable $39 you spend on that deal, and it costs us exactly as much to produce as one with a happier answer.

For the same reason we do not refund because:

• you disagree with the verdict, the industry multiples, or the assumptions, which are documented on screen and in the report before you buy;
• the figures you entered turned out to be wrong — the analysis is built from what you supplied, as the Terms explain;
• a lender, broker or accountant reached a different conclusion, which is expected and is why the report tells you to get them involved;
• you bought a report for the wrong deal and had already opened it;
• you no longer want the deal.

4How to ask

Email support@flynto.net from the address on your account, and say which deal. That is the whole process. We will reply within two business days, and an approved refund goes back to the original card through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Refunding a report withdraws access to it. If you were refunded only part of what you paid — as a goodwill gesture, say — and you would rather keep the documents, reply to the refund email and we will restore them.

5Partial refunds

A refund of any amount withdraws access to the reports. We do not treat a part refund as a smaller kind of refund: once money has gone back, the documents stop being available, and the record of the purchase shows what was returned.

That is deliberately the cautious default rather than a judgement about what you meant. If a part refund was a goodwill gesture and you should keep the reports, say so in a reply and we will restore access — there is no charge and nothing to re-buy.

6Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please write to us first. We would rather refund you in a day than have your bank take a month deciding, and we have never refused a refund that clause 1 covers.

We may decline further purchases from an account that raises a chargeback without contacting us, but we will not withhold a refund you are owed under this policy.

7This policy and the law

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live; where that law gives you more than this policy does, the law applies.
